lunch + sandwich...

aft 2 days of eatin lunch alone... today went w d auntie & a few other colleagues fr finance dept... went ghim moh again... aft lunch, auntie & i went back 1st & durin d journey she asked if i eat beef... told her ok... & she said if got sandwich, she will pass me... & she really meant wat she said... passed me 2 pieces of sandwich... even took aluminium foil to wrap up for me... & my mum was so happy bout it... cos she always said i nvr eat... but i did!!! but nw she oso see tt got someone keep tryin to feed me... lol...

3rd day of work

work today was ok oso... mainly did filing cos i still haven get d laptop or comp which i need to do d new hire announcement, etc... but overall, still ok... but v sian again... lunch alone again... today went tabao rice to eat in d pantry. ytd ate cha sao bao & tou sha bao... jus nw bought cake in case tml gonna lunch alone again... lazy to find a place to go eat or tabao alone...

but i today den noe tt actually d photocopier machine can b so high-tech... can scan & sort of send to ppl one wor... d person whom i'm helpin need some doc & asked me send her via d photocopier... chim... =X

2nd day of work...

today, read like 100 pages of d robbin cook's book i borrowed last mon durin work...

supposed to send an announcement on new hired staff yet my laptop is not ready... so cant do... sort of completed d big pile of filin except those i cant find... oso sort of created some p-files w d aid of another staff but she oso not quite sure of whr to slot certain doc... & transfered some p-files to d cabinets... & even asked for some more work cos i finished everything by 3... & was given more filings to do at ard 4+... & i finish those at 5...

think tml might ve more filings to do ba...

went to marketplace to buy coconut milk & milk to make agar-agar for my friend's 21st bday & my uncle's hse warmin. shortly aft i reach hm at 11.35am, i got a call fr adecco... ask if i can go for an interview at 2.20pm at sci park I... it is an admin job, 5 day week fr 9-6 for bout 3 weeks. though it's v rush, i agreed to go...

didn't noe if need to bring along any cert but i jus bring in case so was extraction out those v unnecessary ones... & did last min ironin of my 'formal' top & skirt. managed to get ready & have lunch within 1.5 hr w all d ironin, packin, etc to do... & sort of chiong out... managed to reach thr early... & think durin d interview, i said d magical word when i was asked when i can start work... i said, 'immediately' and her reply was 'even can start tml?'... she could ve tell me if i got or not thr but she asked me to wait for call...

so i was actually on my way to vivo to meet my friend... but when i reach outram stn, i made an u-turn... but in d end decided to exit & take cab back to adecco at JE CPF buildin cos i believed my friend had book d movie ticket at 5pm & tt time was alrdy almost 3.20pm... had to go back then to sign d contract s i wont ve time to do so d followin day s i would start work... but in d end, when i reach, tt agent still doin d contract... so i still ve to wait. luckily my friend still at hm & got car so we still managed to reach early...

20090612:
officially start work, woke up by my dad at 5.50am.. at 1st i tot i can sleep till 6.30am but anw, went breakfast w my parents... left hm earlier cos i still dunno hw long i would ve to wait for d bus in to sci park... in d lrt, bump into a sec sch classmate... small chat a bit till JE whr he exited... s i was v early, i sort of stroll to d other side whr i wait for d other mrt... & i oso stroll to d bus-stop. think i was d only one who is takin my own sweet time while everybody is tryin to squeeze into d buses or mrt...

when i reach, was super early so i stroll in again & in d end, waited till 10 den d one who i'm suppose to help came. sort of dump me a big pile of doc to file... think tt pile is bout 20 cm... or mayb more... i not sure if it's jus happen tt they got a colleague leavin so they went for lunch & jus jus remind me to go for my lunch (when i dunno whr to go)... anw, d cleaner (pantry auntie) is v kind... bring me to take shuttle bus out to ghim moh to eat... even tell me nearby whr else got canteen... she is oso v funny... jus b4 she knock off & leave, ask if i hungry... tell me thr is biscuit whr i can eat. even bring out apples & ask me to eat.. lol... like scare i'll go hungry... lol...

anw, managed to finish d big pile till left like 3 cm... & i'm only taught wat to do for mon at ard 4.30pm... so last min... luckily i got bring pen & papers... so i note down.. hope i wont forget or do anything wrong ba... & i realized ppl thr r nvr like start packin when almost 6pm... so i oso cant leave & dare not leave... 1st day, dare not show bad impression ma... so guai guai stay till i'm told tt i can leave... ^.^ only when was told tt i can actually leave den i rush out cos i meetin my friend for dinner...

but i still need a job... or mayb do charity work to get out of d hse ba... ^.^

think i too desperate to get out of d hse. saw a page on classified today which has a list of voluntart work for charities... think i'll look thru tt too. though no pay... but at least might b able to get out of d hse. & summore can help others...
