TODAY is the fifth Saturday of the month. By right, it's suppose to be more relaxing for me as the fifth week also meant that there is no Piano lesson unless got any make-up lesson. But... there is a Sunflower Dance Ensemble Recruitment from 3 to 6pm. I was in the recruitment team as a 'Demo' to guide the potential new girls.
As part of the team, we got to be there by 2pm and after helping to set-up and etc, there was a very young girl who came with her parents. She is just 15 years old. And soon there was another girl. Thus, my partner, Lynn, and I guide them along.
After the 2 girls left, we were requested by Jenny (1 of the section I/C) to modify the steps by cut & paste. From a total of 12 eights to become 9 eights. Stressed... but both Lynn and I manage to get through with Lipei (the choreographer)'s help.
Throughout the whole session, there were another 2 new girls who came (both at different timing). So it was quite slack, quite boring at the same time. But we chit chat to entertain ourselves. So time passed quite fast and soon it was time to go home.
Tomorrow, there will still be another 2 more sessions of recruitment (1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon). Hopefully, tomorrow will be more successful as our aim is to recruit 40 YWDs.
I will still be going down to help in admin stuffs (for the afternoon session) while the other 2 groups each will give demo for each session. Mine's over so I do not need to stress over my dance steps.
