Yesterday, my grandma and my godma (mum's sister) gave my cousins Children's Day Present.
They gave them colour pencils and pencils, etc. They could not find the correct design for Wilson so they bought a pink box of Hello Kitty designed colour pencil and a stationery set same as Nelson (Wilson's brother) for him. They thought he was still young and would not know and understand.
In the end, after Wilson opened his present, he exclaimed that the colour pencils is for girl and is for his sister. The stationery set is the same as his brother so he thought it's his brother. He continued to mumble that the colour pencils is meant for girl, meant for his sister and he do not have any present. Causing the whole room to roar with laughter.
My grandma and godma try to pacify him and try him that they bought the items for him. He shot back by saying they do not know how to buy. They do not know that the pink box of Hello Kitty colour pencils is meant for girls and not for boys and again the room roar with laughter.
I wasn't there as I had my dance training but hearing it from my mum, it's so funny. A boy who is just reaching 3 years old know how to distinct the items meant for girls and boys. IT's so funny. I had to admit he is smart. LOL!

Maid, Maid, and Maid again
I just could not stand it.
Yesterday, my cousin, Nelson, went earlier to school and came back earlier due to Children's Day Celebration. In the afternoon, he caught the maid sleeping in the kitchen again despite the fact that my mum tried to clutter the kitchen floor. Yet she still able to find space to lie down and sleep when all of us are not in the living room.
My mum told my aunt that Nelson saw it and after my aunt questioned Nelson and started scolding the maid, she still denied. My aunt said that recently she started to become lazy. She would more or less either sleep or eat and not diligent at doing work (not to say she was before but it is getting worst).
Today, my mum went to fetch my cousins from their abacus class near their house. I wasn't there. It was at level 18. My mum asked the maid to look after the youngest cousin, Wilson, at the void deck downstairs, allowing Wilson to play at the playground. He was just going to be 3 years old so he need someone to look after him when he played at the playground which wasn't meant for toddlers. Without realizing that my mum was able to see from level 18, she simply sat down. My mum was mad so she took out her camera phone and snap what she saw. I thought she just sat there but when I saw the photo, she not just sat there. She simply just 'nua' on the bench.
I thought her back was facing my mum so I asked my mum to go to level 2 to take closer photos but the maid saw my mum. When she saw my mum and cousins, she went to Wilson and start doing her poorly acted acts by wiping sweats, etc. Thus, my mum never take anymore photos. She likes to act so much, why not go for audition to act? (-.-)'''

If she do not have the intention to continue working, she can just tell. Don't be like that what. What I worried about is that because my aunt had been scolding her almost everyday as she haven't been doing things right from the start till now, she is now starting to laze more and just act when there are people around. This is very dangerous when she had to just take care of the kids for a very short while like this case letting my cousin play by himself at such height.

Bad cough
So much for my cough that was getting better. That time, when it seemed to be gone for a couple of days, it came back. This time, it seemed to be better yet, a couple of days ago, it seemed to worsen again especially at night.
Day time, I do cough. Wednesday night, I thought I did not had enough sleep and did not drink enough water (tendency to drink lesser at home) which cause me to have dry throat and thus cough more and not enough rest account for my headache.
Yesterday morning, I woke up late and my headache does not go away. Yesterday, I was still coughing in the day but as usual, it worsen at night. It's like it had a timer or it is an owl. Once the sky turn dark, I would pretty much cough and cough and cough. I control myself but when I wanted to sleep (earlier time), it hinder me. So in the end, I fall asleep late again.
As for my headache, I would feel it when I cough, when I try to sit up from lying position, when I stand up from sitting or lying position, when I started to move. So it is pretty much movement sensitive. I hate it. I was hoping that it would go away by today. Maybe I should go back to the clinic. Which should I go? I had been coughing since July and now it's 2 months plus and had seen 4 different doctors for like 6 to 8 times. Last year, I had cough for much longer, 4 months plus. *sign*

All about that maid again
After all the scolding from my aunt about sleeping and doing stuffs in the master bedroom, guess what?! Yesterday afternoon, the maid went to sleep in the afternoon again. Try to guess where she sleep. Another room? No! Living room? No? Kitchen? YES!!!
She did not dozed of in sitting position. She simply just lie down on her back to sleep on the floor in the kitchen in front of the long cabinet. She even came prepare with what we think is a big white towel. She laid that on the floor and she slept on it. She really fall asleep and didn't even realized that I was out of my study room. Once I even saw her toss and turn and her body faced the cabinet. Whoever who don't know will sure think we 'nie dai' her.
My mum was pretty upset at the sight. And asked why I never took photo of it. I told her I don't want to in case the maid somehow got the photo and claimed that we 'nie dai'. She is very good at pushing blame.
Somemore, I told my mum that we need to clarify some facts with my aunt. My aunt told us not to let the maid take afternoon nap as she would not be able to fall asleep at night and will switch on the light and do don't know what which caused more consumption of electricity. If my aunt told the maid that she could not take any nap, then, she does it secretly. Then she is at fault. If my aunt just told her what my mum said, no sleeping in the bedroom and on the sofa, maybe she does not know where she could sleep and thus went to the kitchen. Then we will be at fault.
After checking with my aunt, it turned that my aunt told her no sleeping in the bedroom and sofa, no sleeping in the afternoon but she could sit down and close her eyes to take a short rest, and told her not to stay in the bedroom after my cousin had fallen asleep. So the maid secretly take her afternoon nap.
I don't know if I should admire the courage of the maid or what. As an individual who is far away from home (country & families), she could still fall asleep so easily and at ease. Furthermore, she is a female. It's true that when she is at my house, only got my mum, my cousin and I around. Other than my young cousin, there is no guy around. But does she have to be so at ease and relax? Aren't she know that it is very the 'nan kan' to be able to sleep anywhere even lying on her back on the kitchen floor.

Once my mum brought the elder cousin to school, she stopped doing and get the youngest to go to sleep. And when my mum got back and went to take her nap (finally in her own room), the maid also went to take her nap secretly. Then after the sleep she got in the afternoon, she could not get to sleep at night and would switch on the light. This is so crazy...

This maid is forever making people mad!!!
It must be very boring to always hear about what the maid did. But I just want to let it out. Argh..!!!
Due to the TV cabinet in the living room, quite a lot of other things had to be shifted out and now due to lack of space, my cousin had to sleep in the master bedroom. He is sleeping in the 'cradle' as only the living room and the master bedroom got the hook.
Since my cousin started sleeping in the master bedroom, when the maid got nothing to do (not our maid so we can't order her to do anything, she got to do at her own accord or my aunt tell her to do), she would lie on the cushions that was below my cousin in case he fall out. She would sleep there.
Previously, when she had nothing to do, she would look at cookbooks and even copied down some recipes. But recently, she would go and take a nap. Take a nap in the MASTER BEDROOM. And because of that, my mum could not take her nap or rest in her own bedroom. Who wants to be there with this maid?
I told my mum before that she could wake the maid up and said that she need to take her stuffs from the cabinet, etc which the maid was blocking. Not sure if my mum tried but I don't think so. Anyway, it sound so crazy that my mum had to use excuse to get the maid out of the room. Think the maid would just give excuse that she had to take care of my cousin who is in the master bedroom so she can't go out, blah blah blah... She always had excuses. Never fail to.
Last Friday, my mum got really mad. That day, she went market to get some stuffs. When she came back, my cousin was already asleep. The maid was in my mum's room again. This time, she wasn't asleep. She was just lazing there. When my mum got home, she still don't move an inch. When my mum got into the room, she still don't move at all. When my mum put down her bag, again, the maid still never move and continue lazing there as if she was the master of the house (of the room) while my mum was the maid trying to move around. Who won't be angry?
My mum went to keep the dried clothes and the maid also never move at all. When my mum bring the clothes into the room, she also never move. Can you imagine that? My mum got really fed up so she dumped the clothes on the bed. Only then, the maid somehow detect that it's not right so she sat up and quickly started folding the clothes. When the maid happened to went out, my mum quickly dump some letters on the floor to pack so that there is no space for the maid to go in.
At that time, I went to do some gardening. And the maid started to busybody again. She came out seeing what I do. Said she will shift this and that when I did not say I want to shift, when I haven't decided what to shift and where to shift. (-.-)''' I had to constantly tell her not to do anything spoiling my mood.
After the incident that she lazed in my mum's room, my mum could no longer stand it. She had been constantly worried that things like valuables will go missing. My mum told my aunt and told her that my dad had also said that if she would be accounted for anything missing.
My aunt scolded her and warned her and apparently, she was not bothered at all or she simply just forget over the weekend.

And when my cousin was already asleep, there was a big wind and something crashed down. We thought it was from the kitchen and so both of us went to check out so she was already out of the master bedroom. Since my cousin was already asleep, she could have stayed in the living room but she continued walking into the bedroom and sat there. I was mad when I see that. As I need to get something from my bedroom (I was in the study room), when I went in (which is a door away from the master bedroom), I saw that she was cutting her toenails. I almost faint when I see that.
She is the maid.
She take her nap in the master bedroom while my mum had to take her nap in the living room.
She lazed in the master bedroom even when my mum got home and movesd around in the bedroom and even while my mum keep the clothes.
She cut her nails in the master bedroom.
So now I wonder who is the maid?
It's not that I want to keep thinking she is the MAID. But does she deserved any respect with whatever she does from beginning till now? She didn't even help at all. How we respect her as an individual? How do we respect her when she didn't show respect to us at all? And when she doesn't show any responsibility? And aren't she worried that we had anything lost and we would blame her?
I was so mad that I sneak somewhere and snapped a photo of her cutting her toenails. It's not very clear but I managed to snap it. As my mum wasn't home and I was mad, I mms that picture to my aunt. She kind of called immediately and asked me to get her to the phone and scolded her. I only hear, '... ... sorry mum... ... I am cutting my nails... ... on old newspaper... ... ok ok I'll go out... ...'
Frankly speaking, I was guilty as I caused her to get scolded. At the same time I am also worried as I wasn't sure how my aunt talk to her. Would she know I told my aunt as I am the only one at home? Would she bear grudges? Would she do anything to all of us? But if she continue to stay in the bedroom especially if she sleep there, I would snap another shot and send it to the agency. I will send. Trust me. Since my aunt had been scolding her and it doesn't help, I would just send to agency since I got proofs. Let the agency deal with her. Send her back by all means! It would release me from all the bad moods and worries...
Oh ya... Because of this maid, I suddenly remember the stickgal blog where she drew stick figures to show her feeling etc. I did some draft sketches of what all the maids did. Maybe during December I would do a better one and blog it. It would also act as a reminder for me (in future) or anyone that it would be best not to hire any maid. I am Anti-Maid now. I had enough. The %age of getting a nice one seemed so low.

My Sunflower Bloomed!!!
Yesterday, when I went out to water all the plants, I glanced through the plants and saw something yellow. It's my Sunflower! It had finally bloomed.
I had planted sunflower seeds a couple of times. All the previous attempt to get flower had failed. Somehow, the plants would either keep dropping the leaves or will keep yellowing or will have black spots or will have white patches on the leave. So I always had to cut off and replant again.
This time, I planted 3 but I accidentally killed 1. The one that had flower now is the one that is taller. End of last month when my dad told me that there would be flower, I do not believed him and did not have the time to take a good look at it.
Beginning of this month, when I looked at the plant, I did saw flower bud. I was wondering if it would bloom on my birthday giving me a birthday surprise. Yet it did not. It was pretty disappointing. Nonetheless, it bloomed yesterday when it was on my lunar birthday. So it's still a pleasant surprise for me. So I am very happy!
Oh ya. Not only this month was my birthday. This month is also my dance group, Sunflower Dance Group's Anniversary and my sunflower bloom in this month. It is so cool! It made me remember that before I joined this dance group, I also planted another breed of Sunflower (doesn't look so). And that my room had a cute vase with bear and sunflower prints and that year I went to the audition for the Sunflower dance group and I got in. That time, I kind of see Sunflower almost everywhere in my house as my mum loves sunflowers so she even got a PVC table 'cloths' which had sunflower prints.
Anyway, I am really happy that it bloomed and I hope insects would come to help to pollinate the flower so that I would get more seeds. I know I had alot but to be able to get more seeds when you grow the plant from seed, the feeling is super great. It's like you felt that you accomplished something. Hee!

Wednesday 'Adventures'
Been wanting to update but could not find time and now I can't really remember what I want to update about. Think it's about what I did on Wednesday ba!
Anyway, on Wednesday during the 3 hours break from 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm, while waiting for the Economics lecture, my friend wanted to go back to her hall. As I had finished all the tutorials for the week and next week is the recess week, I decided to take a break and accompanied my friend back to her hall. Also to take a peak at the hall. It's quite big and there were 2 beds. In between the 2 beds are the study table. Above the tables and beds are the shelves where students can put their books, etc.
During lecture, whenever the lecturer (a new lecturer whom we never see before) flashed the quiz MCQs, I would use my camera phone to snap the Questions and Answers in case I could not finish copying. After the second quiz question, the lecturer suddenly said, 'No taking of photos please.' Oops!!! LOL!. Anyway, I took the photos like pretty secretly so I don't care and continue taking shots of the subsequent quiz questions. I very naughty right! Wahahaa!
My friend left early during the lecture as she had to rush for her CCA. After lecture ended, I went to the washroom in case I had to wait very long for the bus. When I came out, there was a girl who was standing at the entrance looking at the floor. Out of curiousity, I looked at the direction that she looked at as I continue to walk. It was along the path that I was walking and as I looked down, I realized what she was looking at. It was a lizard which I almost stepped onto it yet it doesn't care to move an inch. Becaused of that it caused me to 'jump' and I had to last minute force to drop my foot elsewhere further so that I would not step on it and I almost fell.
