Tertiary Concession EZ-Linked Card

Today, I just asked my friend if she had collected her Tertiary Concession Card. I only applied on 7 August and heard that once it is ready, I would receive an email to go and collect. Then it just happened that she had not collected and I received the email just today. Therefore, we went to collect together before going for our Economics Lecture.
