About PCs again.

Hope this is the last time I'm going blog about the PCs.

My PC seemed to be fixed except that my dad could not access his work related websites. And it was fixed at Sim Lim for $310 which includes service charge of everything, Window XP Home edition, DVD ROM cum CD-Writer, 2x 256MB RAM and a graphic card.

The guy whom my dad been calling the other time quote verbally to my dad that he change the Windows for $100 (service charge for him to change the Windows) and Window XP itself is $150. That $100 service charge might not include for all and as he come over to our house, he might not have the graphic card and RAM and might need to come for another trip so the whole thing will be like don't know how much already.

Anyway, my dad said he might want to bring his PC over for service check if my PC is working fine. If he does so, I just hope that the problem to his PC is to the minimum too so that we won't spend so much on such an old system.

But the ultimate issue is to figure out how my dad can use all the links in the website that he needs to do his work.
